6.1 Accepted payment methods for buying or selling Bitcoin will be specified on our platform.

7.1 The process for initiating, confirming, and completing transactions will be outlined on our platform.

8.1 CoinGenie implements security measures to protect user accounts and transactions.

8.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding access credentials.

9.1 All intellectual property related to the platform is owned by CoinGenie.

10.1 User data collection, storage, and usage are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our platform.

11.1 CoinGenie is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.

11.2 Users acknowledge the volatility of cryptocurrency prices and the associated risks.

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of FinCen. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
